Our 2017 Blanc de Blancs like all of our sparklings is crafted méthode traditionnelle, with 8 years on lees, disgorged in September 2025 and over 12 months under cork pre-release. This wine is laden with notes of lemon custard, spiced ginger cake with a backbone of chalk. A beautifully rich and generous palate with a long finish.
