Bream Creek is one of the oldest vineyards in Tasmania, established in 1974 but it's only in more recent times that it's shot to the top of the Pinot Noir echelons in Tasmania and last year was named “Pinot Noir Producer of the Year” and the Tasmanian Wine Show. Before that it was named Tasmanian Winery of the Year at the 2018 Melbourne International Wine Competition, the same year in which the owner was named Gourmet Traveller Wine Viticulturalist of the Year.
Made in a traditional fuller bodied style, this cool climate Pinot Noir has a spicy dark cherry nose and an intense d ark fruit palate, supported by fine grained tannins. This wine may be enjoyed now or confidentially cellared.
