Cloudwine offers simple delivery options for your orders.

Freight Charges

This is simple - a $10 flat fee per order anywhere* in Australia, unless your order is over $200, then there is no delivery charge.

*There is one exception - orders going to Northern Territory are charged a flat rate of $60.  That's how much it costs us to post a box of wine there.

Who delivers your order?

Good question.  We've been posting wine to all corners of Australia for 20 years and know there is no "one size fits all" when it come to delivering wine.  We use different carriers and will make a judgement call when we go to post, unless you advise us to use a certain carrier.

The courier we use will depend on where you're located.  We use Australia Post, Anonymous Wine Freight, Aramex and a variety of same day couriers if you're located in Melbourne.

What if I won’t be home?

No order will be left unattended unless you authorise us to do so. If you would like the postie to leave the order, then please tell us in the delivery instructions buy saying something like "leave at back door". If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card letting you know to pick the parcel up at the nearest post office.
