Bellebonne-bis Rosé NV

Natalie Fryar established Bellebonne with a singular focus on Tasmanian sparkling wine, drawing on a career devoted to the style and a philosophy centred on preserving the purity and elegance of Tasmania’s fruit. Her Bis Rosé is the non-vintage expression of that approach, a traditional-method sparkling rosé built around Pinot Noir and sourced from Tasmania’s cool-climate vineyards.

Fragrant and finely detailed, it opens with strawberry, Turkish delight and rose petal before moving into a long, elegant palate layered with fresh cream, brioche and delicate red fruit. Extended ageing on lees brings texture and savoury complexity while the wine retains the freshness and precision that defines Bellebonne’s style.
