Filius Sauvignon Blanc is crafted to be both quintessentially Margaret River and distinctly Filius: vibrant, modern, expressive and effortlessly drinkable. Expect crunchy, juicy fruit, lifted by poised, mouthwatering acidity and subtle savoury undertones, adding depth. It is a wine of immediate appeal – refreshing, moreish and delightfully versatile.
The wine is made entirely from estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, harvested from our vineyards and vinified with the minimal intervention philosophy that guides all Vasse Felix wines. A small portion is wild-fermented in large-format oak, bringing gentle texture and nuance, while stainless steel maturation preserves purity, fragrance and tension.
