Sorry, this has now sold out until next vintage.
"I’d say over the past few years there’s been a little shift in style for this wine, less typical Eden Valley, more Eden via Rheinhessen, or something like that. Different anyway, and very much its own thing. Pink grapefruit, lime, a little pepper, lemon in tonic water, fresh herbs and musky/floral perfume. Savoury, spicy, chalky texture, subtle lime rind and quinine bitterness, ripe but firm acidity, distinctly umami character to the long zesty finish. So interesting. Outstanding." Rating 96 points. Gary Walsh. The Wine Front.
