Established in 1860, Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most historic family-owned estates. Its Nagambie Lakes Riesling comes from nine hectares of estate vines, with plantings dating back to 1957, and is made in the bright, elegant style that has long defined the label.
The 2025 is lively and expressive, with lemon and lime, fragrant florals, lime curd and a subtle papaya note carried by crisp, taut acidity. Delicious now for its freshness, it also has the structure to develop greater richness and complexity through around 2029–2031.
