Soul Growers was founded by three Barossa mates with a philosophy centred on the growers and vineyards that give the region its character. Their 2024 Equilibrium is a classic Barossa blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro, made in a generous but nicely balanced style rather than simply chasing weight and richness.
Medium-bodied and immediately appealing, it brings together raspberry, cherry, plum and red liquorice with pepper, dried herbs and earthy spice. The tannins are soft and velvety, with enough freshness to keep the ripe Barossa fruit moving.
