Old school Chardonnay lovers, here is your drink. This is a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 15% Moscatello Selvatico, 5% Fiano. It spent 4 months in oak, which is just enough to give it that old world charm without the harshness so many producers released in the 80's. This unqiue blend also has unique fully-ripened peach and floral aromatics, which are interwoven with delightful hints of freshly squeezed lime, mint and herbal complexity. Beautifully balanced, the rounded palate is beautifully styled and will be enjoyed by many chardonnay drinkers.

A special wine

Mate of mine recommended it saying he tried it from the local bottlo at $59. So did I. Well made nicely rounded, with fruit to the front. Now one of my favourites and at a much better price from Cloudwine. Onto our second case, looking forward to seeing how it holds up after a couple of years - if we can be strong enough not to grab another.

Plush and tasty Chardonnay

I have purchased EDDA in previous years and really enjoyed this highly rated, recommended and reasonably priced wine. We took it to an Italian restaurant where it matched beautifully with a seafood pasta and a duck risotto. I would definitely purchase it again.

A big wine in a heavy bottle

This is a fascinating wine, but not quite as good as the previous vintage. Nonetheless, if you haven't tried it you should. So many flavours wrapped up in a steely finish

Edda 2020

Fabulously well balanced chardonnay. Lovely hints of apricot and peach, slight citrus aromas and tropical fruit. Very light and very (very!!) drinkable. Will definitely be ordering more!!
