Founded in Sardinia in 1950, Pala specialises in wines that capture the island’s native grapes and Mediterranean character. Centosere is made from 100% Cannonau—Sardinia’s close relative of Grenache—with the 2023 matured for six months in stainless steel and concrete to preserve its freshness and perfume.
