Moss Wood makes this Chardonnay from its dry-grown vines in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. The 2025 fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, then fermented and matured for approximately 18 months in French oak barriques, 48% new.
White peach, nectarine and citrus lead into cashew, roasted almond and subtle toasted oak. It is full-bodied and generous, with fresh acidity carrying the fruit through a long, clean finish.
