The Maude is sourced from Central Otago’s premium sub regions, each contributing to this savoury, complex Pinot Noir. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and dried herbs team up with a palate that displays layers of dark fruit flavours entwined with velvety but structural tannins. Careful cellaring for 5 years will reward.
