Founded in 1997 by Yiannis Boutaris, Kir-Yianni is one of northern Greece’s leading wineries, now headed by fifth-generation winemaker Stellios Boutaris. Paranga Red is an approachable Macedonian blend of Merlot, Xinomavro and Syrah, combining juicy cherry and plum fruit with subtle floral notes and peppery spice.
Bright and fruit-forward, it has a smooth, velvety mouthfeel, fresh acidity and soft tannins leading into a gently savoury finish. A versatile everyday red that works beautifully with pasta, grilled meats, vegetarian dishes or a casual barbecue.
