Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Heathcote Riesling 2026

Jasper Hill is one of Heathcote’s defining family-owned producers, with Georgia’s Paddock planted in 1975 and farmed dry-grown and organically. The Riesling comes from the original Georgia’s Paddock vineyard, and the 2026 release is a distinctly different expression: picked early, naturally fermented and made in an off-dry style.

Still firmly in the lemon and citrus spectrum, the 2026 combines bright natural acidity with a touch of residual sweetness, giving the wine a more generous mouthfeel and greater palate weight while retaining plenty of freshness. Screw-cap sealed at 13.0% alcohol, this is a fuller, more textural expression of Georgia’s Paddock Riesling than the traditionally bone-dry releases.
