Australian Nebbiolo seems to attract a premium price in Australia, I can only name one-two cheaper examples than the one we have today, but none come close to how ridiculously drinkable this is.
A quick investigation on the Halliday Companion site reveals this is the 3rd cheapest Nebbiolo to be rated 95 points from Halliday in 20 years.
Pyrenees is quickly becoming a very impressive place to produce Nebbiolo in Australia and if proof is required, then look to SubRosa, Quin Wines, Latta Wine and of course this cracking example from Handpicked.
This is textbook Nebbiolo, except for the price. It's lightweight but generously-flavoured. It's complex and yet delicious, But don't just take my word for it, this is Jane Faulkner's review in the Halliday Wine Companion:
