Since launching Amelia Park in 2009 with wife Daniela and business partner Peter Walsh, Jeremy Gordon has won multiple trophies at high caliber wine shows including the International Wine Competition, Decanter World Wine Awards, Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition, National Wine Show of Australia, Margaret River Wine Show, Perth Royal Wine Show, Great Australian Shiraz Challenge and the Winewise Championships.
From the 2020 label: "This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, with portions of Malbec and Petit Verdot adding aromatics and complexity. The nose is full of rich berry, violets, and savoury olive with notes of graphite. The palate is elegant, with superb tannin structure providing excellent line and length. Aged in French oak for twelve months, this wine drinks beautifully now and will benefit from cellaring." I found this wine to be very drinkable with or without food. It's the sort that is dangerously moreish.
