Kir-Yianni was founded in 1997 by Yiannis Boutaris and is now led by fifth-generation winemaker Stellios Boutaris. Paranga White brings together two native Greek varieties, Roditis and Malagousia, sourced from selected vineyards across Macedonia in Northern Greece.
The 2025 is bright and refreshing, combining green fruit and citrus with white peach and delicate floral notes. Medium-bodied and crisp, it finishes clean and lively. The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel before blending, followed by up to four months on fine lees with gentle bâtonnage for added texture.
