Spring in a glass. Almost ivory in colour, with a nose that evokes lush meadows, daisies, lemon pith and Granny Smith apples , it's all light, fresh, and new. The palate shows hints of green capsicum and lime skin, as well as a stoney minerality and some great citrus (pink grapefruit) that gets more tart and rich towards the finish—like a life-changing lemon curd!
The wine is balanced and fruit-driven, showing stone fruit and some nice green herbal elements on the palate. The nose that is loaded with tropical fruit and citrus. Drinking well.
