"From 26 year old vines, 25% whole bunch, 10% new oak. It’s dark and rich and plump, all chocolate, fruit cake with cherries, dried mint and sage, a little spice, some custard powder. Ripe and fleshy, black olive and chocolate, maybe a little too thick and gluggy in texture, but no shortage of flavour, a little bit wheaty too, with a soft black fruited and bitter almond finish of solid length.
