There is not an iota of greenness, but a sheen of violet, dark cherry, blue fruit references and salumi coating any angles in a plush velour of pleasure. A crowd pleaser, to be sure. "Spicy, perfumed, coffee bean, liquorice and black fruit, some mint chocolate. Medium to full-bodied, succulent dark fruit and ripe raspberry, espresso-like savoury elements, ripe and thick tannin, a smattering of dried herb and black olive, grainy tannin sweeps the finish out to fine effect, and length.
