Oakridge Hazeldene Pinot Noir 2023

A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine: whole berry/bunch fermentation in open vessels for two weeks followed by an 11 month maturation in French oak vessels.

Perfumed and captivating aromas of red fruits, dark rose and a little whole-bunched-derived sous bois. Medium bodied, this silky-textured wine finishes with just the right amount of understated and persistent tannins.
