Domaine des Hâtes Chablis AC 2022

"An organic certified village Chablis from Pierrick Laroche, who produced his first vintage in 2010, prior to which his father had sold his grapes to the excellent co-op, La Chablisienne.  Fresh, clean, delicate yet quite intense Chablis, beautifully balanced and more in the stone-fruit/tropical spectrum than classical chalky, flinty Chablis. The 2022 Chablis Village has a light, slightly chalky bouquet that opens nicely with aeration. Very controlled. The palate is well balanced, with a touch of reduction on the entry and fine acidity with hints of fresh mango and Clementine towards the finish.
