This wine is a Pinot Noir/Shiraz blend and for those unfamiliar with the blend, I will point out some of Australia's greatest wines of the 1950s and 1960s were Shiraz Pinot Noir blends and this wine from Giant Steps was inspired by exactly those wines. And my have they done a good job.
