Terre de Meunier Extra Brut NV celebrates 100% Pinot Meunier sourced from south-facing “Le Pâtis de Cerseuil” and cooler “Les Vignes dans le Bois” parcels in the Marne Valley. A small addition of reserve wines aged in oak and native-yeast fermentation give this wine structure and richness, balanced by full malolactic and 18–30 months on lees. The bouquet shows fresh citrus, baked brioche and subtle balsamic, while the palate is silky, tensioned by fine acidity and finishing with saline minerality. Domaine Dehours is a fourth-generation, environmentally conscious grower whose Meunier-focused style reflects terroir clarity and sustainable viticulture.
