Atlas is a truly boutique wine producer, sourcing small batches of premium fruit and creating wine from distinguished sites in the Clare and Barossa Valleys. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays black cherry, subtle liquorice, new leather, earth and spice aromas. Medium weight the palate possesses good richness and a savoury character with flavours of black cherries, liquorice, spicy new leather and earth. Finishes fresh and dry with solid, slightly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, new leather and spicy earth.
