“Filius” may be the "entry level" range of this longstanding winery, but the '24 punches well above its price point. There's a vivid and distinctive nose: currants, black olive, green peppercorn, pencil lead and a potpourri nuance, like a whiff of fancy hotel soap. The palate is supple but shapely and harmonious.
