This rosé is super pale, fresh and generous. Chateau Roubine (one of the 14 Cru Classé Rosé estates of Provence) has a long and rich history. The Templar knights owned the property until 1307 and its location near a major Roman road made it a popular site. Today the 180ha of vines are in one “piece” and 13 grape varieties are planted on the chalky clay soils. La Rose shows a beautiful light salmon pink color withgray reflections.
