"Fruit from a single vineyard with a multiplicity of clone and rootstock combinations. Fermented in small open fermenters, aged 10 months in seasoned French barriques. Noticeably pale colour, even for nebbiolo. Earthy, savoury aromas with just a hint of rose-petal. Soft and approachable on the palate, finishing with a sour cherry like astringency.
