Capreolus Distillery founder Barney Wilczak created Garden Tiger as a way to capture and retain those fleeting moments of nature, preserving each season’s gains in alcohol so that they can be enjoyed for a great deal longer than the earth intended.
Gloucestershire based distiller, Wilczak, is meticulous in selecting, growing and harvesting his own botanicals. 34 are included in this gin, including fresh blood orange peel, lime tree leaves, elderberry and pine as well as a selection of other fruit, flowers and spices. Wilczak employs a custom copper still heated by a naked flame, clothed in a water bath, removing the risk of scorching.
