"Spicy, cherry and raspberry, almost a beef sandwich with pickle and mustard savoury thing happening (which would have to be ‘double cut’, in South Australia, no doubt). There’s also some rosy and lipstick perfume, and a general brightness and crunch to the wine. Nutty and spicy, dried herb, gentle grip of tannin, and a chalky, sappy finish of fine length.
