"Fermented on skins 7 days, pressed, finished ferment in stainless steel. Inspired by the experimental friulano wines coming out of Collio in Northeast Italy, winemaker Mario Marson goes for a phenolic, skinsy rendition. It works well in a honeyed, textural kind of way while retaining excellent acidity. Mid-gold and developed in colour; it mixes the scent of an English garden with a rousing herbaceousness.
