Sorciere Sauvage is the single vineyard from which Trevor Jones has been buying fruit for 20 years. Prolonged fermentation and maceration on skins was
followed by 2 years in new French hogsheads. The sheer intensity and length of the flavour is awesome, but counterintuitively is not impacted
by the alcohol, or, for that matter, the oak; instead there is the most delicious mouthfilling array of silky, supple shiraz fruit flavours.
