Stefano Lubiana Reserve Brut

Bright colour; lemon curd, hazelnut and a suggestion of brioche; the palate is fine and fresh, with a refreshing backbone of chalky acidity; detail, freshness and length, working seamlessly together. 94 Points, James Halliday

This is a fine, elegant, luxurious wine that is rich and complex in aroma and flavour, yet still retains the fundamental verve and freshness of the authentic non-vintage style. Twenty-two months of ageing on lees in the bottle have added wonderful depth and layers of texture to the palate. Its cool Tasmanian origins are as clear as a bell, and highlighted by the region’s Chardonnay driven crisp, citrussy acidity which defines the wine’s classic structure. Winery Notes
