Wild yeast fermented, then matured for 8-10 months in new & old French oak barrels with a small portion in stainless steel. It's the lightest & freshest of the three Chardonnay styles Stefano Lubiana makes. It's one of the most refined Chardonnays you'll find in a “drink-now” style.
