This is very much at the dry end of the scale so don't expect any fruit bombs in the palate please. Light and distinctly fruity aromas, reminiscent of acacia and wisteria blossoms. The palate is delicate and pleasing with sensations of green apple in its modest alcohol content (only 11.5%).
This small single vineyard covers an area of only 12ha, all planted with Glera (Prosecco). This wine comes under the classification of D.O.C. (Controlled designation of Origin).
