Selected blend 43% pinot noir & 57% chardonnay from Bendigo, Central Otago. Bottle fermented and aged on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand. Colour of light yellow. With a bouquet of yeasty ripe Granny Smith apples and hints of strawberries and cream. The palate is focused, refreshing and vibrant with stylish length, persistent mousse awakening.
