Handcrafted in a single small batch and aged i n a French Oak Shiraz wine barrels sourced from a local Margaret River winery. Exhibiting a striking pink glow, a sweet earthy palate with an incredibly smooth and delicate finish.
Pronounced botanicals include: Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Angelica and Citrus.
Mixology: Fantastic neat, on ice or ideal for any gin-based cocktail. For a simple G&T, one part gin to two parts high quality tonic is recommended. Pour the gin over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange
