The Follett family have been grape growers in Langhorne Creek for 130 years, winemakers for over 30 years and have rapidly built an enviable reputation for consistently producing outstanding wines. Lake Breeze selects only the best 40% of fruit from the older vines on the property to create wines with amazing depth of flavour. All wines produced by Lake Breeze, including the Bullant label, are vegan and vegetarian friendly. At Lake Breeze a minimal intervention approach is taken with all of the wines, with most receiving no filtration or fining at all. With the small amount of fining undertaken, they have a commitment to avoid using any animal-based fining agents.
