Pop the bottles out the back door for an hour tonight, and you’ve got a chill on it, as required.Juicy raspberry and cherry, raspberry rope and musk, dusting of spice, pepper and dried herb. Medium bodied, plump and succulent with juicy fruit, fine powdery tannin, a little warmth, but well folded in, and an almost Chinotto-like bitterness to the finish, which really tapers in the juicy fruit, and adds something extra.Rated : 92 Points.  Alcohol : 14.6%.  Drink : 2015 - 2020.  Gary Walsh.  www.winefront.com.au

 The Grenache is sourced from Barossa 'Old Vine' and 'Survivor Vine' vineyards in: Light Pass (1968), Greenock (1962), Williamstown (1968) and Krondorf (1942).  The Mourvedre component comes from Seppeltsfield and the Shiraz from Krondorf.  Matured for one year in old 500L puncheons.  Bottled without filtration or fining.  For immediate drinking and can be chilled lightly.  Opaque Burgundy Red.  Medium bodied with light extract.  Spiced red fruit nose with cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry.  The palate has red fruits, musk sticks, candied orange rind with Grenache's trademark warmth, volume and presence.  Sweet tannins are spicy, fresh and chewy.  Drink now until 2020.  ALEX HEAD
