Adelsheim Pinot Noir 2013

“Rich, spicy dark cherry aromas, the palate fine and elegant with gorgeous cherry fruit flavour. Very good wine in a strongly varietal cast. 4 stars, 92 Points” Houn Hooke

"The 2013 Pinot Noir, which has been a mainstay at Adelsheim since the debut 1979, is totally destemmed and sees 23% new oak. It has a clean and pure bouquet with dark cherries and bergamot scents - simple but satisfying. The palate is marked by sour cherry on the entry mixed with blackcurrant and a touch of undergrowth. This is nicely balanced, quite masculine and linear in style, but maintaining satisfying freshness right to the end." Wine Advocate
