'51% mataro, 38% grenache, 11% cinsaut, part destemmed and crushed, part crushed bunches, wild-fermented, 8 months on lees in old French oak. Brighter colour and different blend percentages to its sibling, the heady aromas of a field of wild and cultivated flowers in spring on a cloudless spring day, lead into red berries skipping along the palate before a bone dry finish.
